Still not satisfied with your new purchase?
You have the right to sent the goods back within 14 days without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period you can see the product and evaluate as you would do in our Pluk store.

Return and money back

Once we have received and accepted the items, we will transfer the money within 14 days. The shipping of your order will be refunded by Pluk Amsterdam, but the shipping costs of returning the goods are for the customer.

Statutory right of withdrawal - 14 days

Do you want to exchange an item or return it (terminate the agreement)?
Let us know as soon as possible (by mail [email protected] and/or telephone number 020-3637610) and send the package back to us to the above address within 14 days after telling us know about the return.

Acceptance conditions for return

We can only refund the full purchase price if you stick to the following rules:

  • Products must be undamaged.
  • The items must be packed in the undamaged original packaging (where reasonably possible).
  • Earrings can only be returned (because of hygiene) in an unopened and undamaged package. 

Pay attention!
Please return the items carefully. If the return shipment is damaged or has been used beyond what is necessary to review the items, we may reduce the returning money.

Impact of depreciation on return

When the value of the returned items may be decided by us not to credit a portion of the entire amount (to repay). Depreciation of an item occurs when returning the items shows that it is damaged or is clear that the item has been worn or washed.
